THE ENLACE FLORIDA MISSION: To promote college readiness,access, and success for Latinos, African-Americans, and other under-represented students in Florida through research, communication, advocacy, and support. ENLACE (ENgaging Latino, African-American, and other Communities for Education), builds partnerships among universities, community colleges, K-12 schools, community-based organizations, students, and parents. ENLACE FLORIDA was formed in 2006 by USF, FAU, FIU, and UCF, funded by a $1.4 million grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation through the National Council for Community and Education Partnerships (NCCEP). |
